Prices
The prices displayed in the Site catalog are prices including all taxes (TTC) in euros (€), taking into account the value added tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the order. Any change in rate may be reflected in the price of the items. The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price displayed on the day of the order is the only one applicable to the Customer. Prices shown include order processing fees.
Product prices are exclusive of delivery costs.

Orders
To purchase a product on the site, the Customer must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have legal capacity or, if he is a minor, be able to provide proof of the agreement of his legal representatives. .

4.1 Ordering Process
Product orders are placed directly on Artpixe.
To place an order, the Customer must follow the steps described below:

4.2 Selection of items and addition to basket
The Customer will be able to choose the desired items by clicking on those that interest them, and specifying the desired characteristics and quantities. After selection, the item is added to the Customer's basket. The latter can continue to add other items to their basket according to their needs.
4.3 Cart Confirmation
After selecting the items and adding them to the basket, the Customer must click on the basket to verify that the order is correct.
Once the basket has been validated by clicking on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" or "Pay with PAYPAL", an order summary will be displayed with details of the price, applicable taxes and, where applicable, delivery costs.

Shipping and Delivery Times
Delivery of digital portraits takes place by transmission to the customer's email address, provided when ordering.
For physical portraits, delivery is made to the address mentioned in the delivery information provided by the Customer. It is imperative that the Client ensures the accuracy and completeness of the information transmitted to Artpixe.com via the site, the company cannot be held responsible for losses or delays due to errors or complications linked to the carrier.
Shipping costs are determined according to the delivery option chosen. They will be the responsibility of the Customer, in addition to the price of the products.
The deadlines mentioned are indicative and we inform you that possible delays may occur on the carrier's side, beyond our control.
The Customer has thirty (30) working days from the date of dispatch to notify by email to the address: hello@artpixe.com non-receipt of the order. Beyond this period, no cancellation of sale will be accepted. Any anomaly noted (missing item, damaged package, broken item, etc.) must be reported within three days of receipt. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the condition of the items upon delivery. In the event of defective products, the Customer is requested to provide images (photographs) as proof of the defects noted.
After confirmation by Artpixe of a defect, we will either reimburse (partial or total depending on the seriousness of the defect) or replace the item.
If delivery is confirmed by the carrier's package tracking but the Customer has not received their package, they must send a complaint to the carrier. Artpixe cannot be held responsible and no compensation or reshipment will be possible.
For orders outside mainland France and Belgium, customs fees or other local taxes (local VAT, customs tax, import duties, etc.) may apply. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are his responsibility, both for declarations and payments to the competent authorities.

Warranties and Liability
7.1 Guarantee of Conformity
According to articles L.217-4 and L.217-5 of the Consumer Code, Artpixe is required to provide products that comply with the contract, without defects of conformity upon delivery.
The conformity of the product implies that it is suitable for the usual use of a similar product and that it corresponds to the description given on the site. In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer may request an exchange of the product. If the exchange is not possible, Artpixe undertakes to reimburse the price of the product within thirty (30) days following receipt of the non-compliant product.
7.2 Warranty for Hidden Defects
Artpixe offers a guarantee against hidden defects rendering the product unfit for the intended use, in accordance with article 1641 of the Civil Code. The Customer can obtain a refund by proving the existence of a hidden defect and returning the product.
7.3 Responsibility
Artpixe cannot be held liable in the event of failure or poor execution of the Client's contractual obligations, in particular when entering their order. For all disputes arising in connection with these general conditions of sale, including those relating to their validity, interpretation, execution or resolution, only the French courts will have jurisdiction.
13. Withdrawal
The manufacture of graphic creations entrusted by the customer to Cartoon Toi is analyzed as the supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, the Customer cannot claim to exercise a right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of article L. 221-28, 3° of the Consumer Code.
Consequently, any right of withdrawal for the benefit of the Customer is therefore excluded in this case, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
